Blogger organization

A lot of the bloggers I follow these days are showing off their beautiful blog planners. At the moment, I have a daily planner that I do not use but really should. I'm jumping on the organization bandwagon to better plan my posts. Some of y'all have probably noticed that I occasionally publish posts that aren't finished, and I'm working to stop that. So I dusted off my planner for the first time since November and will be using it to plan my posts. I'm also going to figure out HootSuite to link up my all of my accounts. I have close to 40 saved drafts at the moment; a lot of them are recipes that I need to remake in order to take better photos. Planning posts = writing a grocery list = actually making these recipes.

How do y'all organize your blog posts?

  1. I use a weekly planner as well to schedule out posts. Otherwise, I would lose my mind or just forget what day it is altogether! lol

  2. I print off a monthly view calendar and keep it in a binder!

  3. I don't organize my posts, I just sit down every night and write one out for the next day. I have enough things to keep in line blogging isn't one of them.

  4. I use a planner for mine. It helps me track my ideas and also just space things out better so I am not posting the same topic every day. It has really helped me in the consistency and to remember ideas.

  5. Wow! I could totally use a planner! I've seen them, but I just haven't gotten one yet. I'm a former sorority girl too (not AGD though) and I'm a NG wife. :) I grabbed your button because I think your blog is cute and I feel like we have some stuff in common! Not to mention, you know my friend Megan (Baseball Laces & Southern Graces). So send me a message some time!

  7. I did finally buy an Erin Condren planner this year that I'm loving and using for daily life and blogging. In general though, I mainly use it for when I schedule reviews. Since I agree to post them on a certain day, I need to remember when it is, especially so I make sure I read the book before then. Every once in a while I do manage to schedule all the posts on want to write about, but that's something I really need to be better about.
