So I've decided to work with a personal trainer. Given that we're probably going to be in Augusta for a few months more, I signed up for one training session a week for three months. This will give me flexibility with my unpredictable work schedule which is nice. I didn't want to commit to five days a week then have to cancel. My goal is just to get more comfortable using gym equipment. I also would like someone who knows what they're doing to help me with creating a workout plan. We go to Gold's Gym, and this location sets up workout cards where you track your reps, progress, and cardio. I'm going to start next week.
