So I've mentioned it a few times, but I'm slightly obsessed with Finding Bigfoot on Animal Planet. Feel free to judge because it won't stop me watching it. Anyhoo, I happened to catch the North Carolina episode where the Bigfooters traipse about the Uwharrie National Forest. Naturally, this occurred right around the time I had to work in Greensboro. My route to GSO involves a long highway through lots of forest a (long) stone's throw from Uwharrie. I swear I saw Bigfoot four or five times during the drive home and was stressed that I was driving Mac's Honda, not my Jeep with a serious deer catcher on the front. Clearly, the Jeep is the better choice if a Bigfoot runs in front of the car.
My thoughts, precisely.
Where am I going with this? Our new bathroom has a large frosted glass window over the soaking tub. It weirds Mac and me out that you can kind see in / out of this window, so we've decided to get curtains. Luckily for me, the newest episode of Finding Bigfoot included a man who supposedly saw Bigfoot peeking in his windows. Of course, I'm now paranoid that Bigfoot is hiding in the approximately four pine trees in my backyard and creeping in our bathroom. Maybe I need medication.
That blue-ish thing is our neighbor's recycling can.
But the problem with this window is the shape. It's a 50 inch square, not exactly a common size. I think I might want cafe style curtains and will probably have to make them. Anyone else have an odd-shaped decor problem?
