Virginia Tech finally sorted out everything, and I am officially enrolled in two graduate classes: Food Safety and Biosecurity and Information Systems and Research in the Life Sciences. Because of my undergrad grades, I wasn't actually excepted into the Masters program to which I applied. The program director told me to take the classes for credit (but obviously not seeking a degree). If I maintain at least a 3.0, I can reapply and will have a better chance of being accepted. And thanks to Mac making more money than me, I qualified for in-state tuition. Whoopie.
I decided to go off the Ideal Protein protocol. We've been looking at finances and decided to start saving more in preparation for our move. We will have to buy more furniture (like a kitchen table set, a washer, and dryer) when Joey moves out, so spending money on diet food doesn't necessarily make sense. I know all about good nutrition (considering I got all A's in my nutrition classes) and just need to suck it up and do it. And get out of bed to work out.
Work Friday and Monday. Coffee group on Saturday. Trade show on Tuesday in Myrtle Beach. Keep on truckin.

Yay for officially being enrolled in 2 classes. :)
